This way we can know you, your body and your goals prior to class to better help you achieve your goals.
Julie Sheahan is no longer seeing clients on an ongoing basis. Please book with any of our other talented physios, and Julie can still be involved in your care if required via our close mentoring process. All of our physios are exceptional so you are in good hands! Jules can be booked for a specific consultation/opinion with you if your physio (and you) would like another opinion
