All term passes (group sessions) are paid up front and expire at the end of each term. All attended classes are claimable on PHI

Concessions available for seniors, healthcare card holders and students

Please speak with one of our staff members if you are wishing to seek physiotherapy services via TAC, WorkCover, DVA or EPC

 
 

Cancellation Policy

We would appreciate 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation so we can offer that space to the next person on the waiting list. 

Please note that failure to attend booked appointments will attract full payment and late cancellations (within 2 hours of scheduled appointment time) will attract 50% of the appointment fee.

At 3D we do understand that life can throw us unexpected curve balls at times, which will be taken into consideration. However, we do ask that you respect our time and that of our other clients who could have benefited from your appointment to help ease their symptoms.
