All group passes are paid up front and are subject to expiry dates

EFTPOS and HICAPS available

Concessions are available for pensioners, healthcare card holders and university students

Please speak with one of our staff members if you are wishing to seek physiotherapy services via TAC, WorkCover, DVA or EPC

Cancellation Policy

We get it—life can be unpredictable! Our team is excited to see you, but if you can't make it, we'd love to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist.

If you need to cancel within 2 hours of your booking, you'll only be charged 50% of the fee since we won't be able to fill your spot. If you miss your appointment, the full amount will be charged unless you rebook with us within 5 business days.

Sometimes, things happen that are beyond our control, and we can't be held responsible for any delays or failures to meet our obligations due to such circumstances.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, without any liability. If this happens, we'll give you as much notice as possible and refund any fees you've paid for the cancelled service.
