JED RODDA

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Jed grew up in Bendigo, completed his schooling and a dual degree at La Trobe University. Coming from a health-focused family, he developed a passion for sports early on, competing in tennis, cricket, swimming and basketball, while still playing footy. His journey to becoming a physiotherapist began with childhood sports injuries, where he was inspired by knowledgeable and communicative physiotherapists. Jed’s passion for problem-solving, health advocacy, and helping others drives his work in physiotherapy.

Outside of work, Jed enjoys kicking the footy, going to the gym, running and spending time with family and friends. His interests within the business include strength and conditioning, helping people with disabilities to live their best life through active rehab and gym programs, dry needling, and reformer Pilates.

Special areas of interest:

Knee and ankle injuries

  • Lower back pain

  • strength and conditioning program development

  • NDIS gym based exercise

  • Neck stiffness/pain

  • BPPV

  • Reformer pilates

Jed joined 3D Physiotherapy Health Group after working in a private practice in Geelong, and is excited to return to Bendigo. He was drawn to 3D Physiotherapy because of their amazing team culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to treating the whole individual, not just the injury.
