As your Physiotherapist I strive to help you achieve your goals by accurately diagnosing your injury and establishing a plan with you to get you back doing the things that you love.
Setting the foundations and giving you the control to reach your goals is what I love to do! Using a combination of exercise and manual therapy, you will walk out of 3D Physio feeling like you are in control of your health and stepping in the right direction to live your best life.
I believe that exercise is not only good for your body (think muscles, bones and joints) it also has well established benefits on your emotional, social, mental and physical wellbeing. Our group classes are a great way to achieve your goals and stay connected to like-minded people. I can also develop a home program, or gym program specifically for you.
I have now settled in Bendigo after moving here from Ballarat at the start of my university degree. Bendigo is now the place I call home and I love the warmer weather too!
In my spare time I love to catch up with friends and family, playing netball, going for a walk or going to the gym. I also enjoy cooking and playing with my puppy, Arlo.
