Before you sign up for a strong back and sides…

If you’re new to our pilates-style classes, or haven’t done Physio-based Pilates before, you will need to complete our Foundation Series Core Stability program (see below). 

It starts with a 30 minute Physio Pre-exercise assessment with one of our physios who gets to know your story, injury and exercise history, limitations and anything else you’d like to tell us (We love a chat!). 

Then you join our 6 week course to help you get a handle on the basics, move safely and tune into your body.

And then? You’re off and racing with us in our 3D Essentials- Pilates inspired workouts.

Foundation Series-Core Stability

The perfect way to start your Pilates-inspired exercise journey in small groups so you gets lots of attention. Learn excellent technique with lots of cueing and advice from our awesome Physios. Improve your core stability, back and neck pain, and develop great body awareness.

This is a progressive 6 week physio-based program where you will learn the skills and knowledge to form the foundations of safe and effective pilates practice. This course encompasses pilates-inspired specific strengthening, core stability and a deep understanding of your own body. It’s low impact and high burn!

Safe for all levels and abilities. 

You will also receive a written program and videos to help guide your at-home practice and supplement your weekly attendance.
