Our purpose is to empower you to safely and effectively exercise after giving birth!
Just some quick information before you get started:
Exercise Videos:
It is recommended that you complete the Intro Video first and the Return to High Level Exercise Video last. Feel free to mix and match the others as you go!
You can complete the sessions as a whole or come and go between the video as you please. Each exercise has approximately 15 reps, but feel free to reduce this if you need.
You can repeat the same session as many times as you like for the full 12 weeks.
It is not recommended you do any high level core, running or jumping exercise until at least 12 weeks after giving birth. We always recommend seeing a physiotherapist in person before doing this.
When exercising, if you feel any pain, heaviness in your abdomen or vagina or incontinence STOP the exercise. It is important that you have a physio review if you have any of these symptoms before returning to exercise.
