Our purpose is to empower you to safely and effectively exercise after giving birth!

Just some quick information before you get started:

Exercise Videos:

It is recommended that you complete the Intro Video first and the Return to High Level Exercise Video last. Feel free to mix and match the others as you go!

  • You can complete the sessions as a whole or come and go between the video as you please. Each exercise has approximately 15 reps, but feel free to reduce this if you need.

  • You can repeat the same session as many times as you like for the full 12 weeks.

  • It is not recommended you do any high level core, running or jumping exercise until at least 12 weeks after giving birth. We always recommend seeing a physiotherapist in person before doing this.

  • When exercising, if you feel any pain, heaviness in your abdomen or vagina or incontinence STOP the exercise. It is important that you have a physio review if you have any of these symptoms before returning to exercise.
