My approach to physiotherapy begins with identifying the root cause of your symptoms and creating a tailored plan to help you achieve your recovery goals. I am passionate about empowering you with the tools and strategies to take control of your health. I believe exercise is the most effective way to manage symptoms, which is why I prioritise active recovery in my treatment approach.
As a long-distance runner myself, I understand how frustrating it can be when your body isn’t performing as it should. That’s why I’m committed to helping you get back to what you love, with a clear and supportive path to recovery.
With over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, I have had the privilege of working in both public and private practice in the UK and Melbourne. I specialise in treating musculoskeletal injuries, osteoporosis, running-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and fracture management.
I now call Bendigo home, where I live with my husband and three children. In addition to my role at 3D Physio, I am a Specialist Orthopaedic Physiotherapist at Bendigo Health, where I have the opportunity to support people in their recovery following joint replacement.
Credentials:
Advanced Practice Physiotherapist – Primary Contact Emergency Department and Post-Arthroplasty Clinic (hip, knee, and shoulder joint replacements)
